Translation of a passport is a simple process, but it is also a responsible one. Such a translation should be precise in parts of names, dates, numbers, personal identification codes and other passport details. How much does it cost to translate your passport?
Passport translation is a standard type of document translation. It costs EUR 12.00 to translate your passport from Lithuanian into English or Russian, or from Ukrainian or Russian into Lithuanian and certify such a translation with our agency’s stamp and the translator’s signature. The amount indicated includes VAT. Passport translation with notarization will be more expensive. If you require notarization of your passport translation, we will need to see the original passport.

Passport translation is done using templates, so such process does not take much time. We perform such translations quickly and with high quality. If our workload is slightly higher, this process may take up to 30 minutes, depending on the language pair.
Do I need the notarization?
Most translations require notarization. However, if you translate your passport into Lithuanian and plan to submit it to such state institutions of Lithuania as Migration, Sodra, Civil Registry or Regitra, no notarization is usually necessary. It is sufficient to certify the translation with our agency’s stamp.
If you need to translate your passport into a foreign language, however, we recommend having the translation notarized Our agency cooperates with a notary office, so you can order your passport notarization here. It will take 1-2 days for our agency to translate and notarize your document.
Upon the client’s request, our agency can also affix an Apostille on the notarized copy of your passport.
